Came to this shop on a whim when my car began acting very erratic. Had no idea what the issue was or where to begin. Mr Kern took the time and exhibited immense patience explaining the problems to me, someone who knows next to nothing about cars. They worked fast and efficiently and gained a loyal customer. This was my first service at Kalpins and I was very impressed. I was treated courteously and with respect. The answers to my questions were thorough and made me feel at ease about the service being performed. My car was returned to me clean and in good shape. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Solid repair shop. My company is fortunate to be near by so many of us go here. Fair and honest which is everything to me. they are always willing to assist with the smallest issues
