My experience with Julian's Dry Cleaners was a star five experience for me. I had been looking for a dry cleaners for quite a sometime, and I ran across Julian's Dry Cleaners through an Internet search for dry cleaners in the Greece, NY area, and I'm so happy I chose Julian's. I did have apprehensive feelings walking into an unfamiliar place alone being an African-American person in today's environment. I was nervous I wasn't sure of the response I would receive, but the lady at the counter was very professional, friendly, and very courteous. She took my coat, looked it over, and signed me up as a new customer. She told me when my cleaning would be completed, I think it was about 5 days, but to my surprise it was completed early maybe 3 days, but 5 days or more would have been okay with me. It was completed right away, and my coat came back beautiful. The luxury of the finished product was great. My coat looks new and that's why I give Julius a five-star. I must say I did not feel any feelings of not being welcome as a customer; it felt good to be seen as just a customer.
Julian's has been the only place I'll go for dry cleaning in Rochester for the last 6 years. And if I weren't moving, I'd keep going to them.

I took a dress in that I got for a very special occasion that had a stain that they were able to get out! I was unsure if this was possible but they did a phenomenal job and the ladies at the counter celebrated with me when I jumped up and down in excitement! 😂
