1st time using Julien's 1st off the staff was very friendly. They use modern technology email texting no ticket you might lose needed. Service time was fair and my order was actually completed a day ahead of scheduled. My suit and white shirt looked brand new. Definitely my new cleaners for sure.

As a first-time customer, I was really impressed. The staff was incredibly pleasant when I dropped off my suit and formal dress on Tuesday. While I expected to pick them up on Friday, they were actually ready the very next day! I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround. My only minor complaint is that the price to clean the dress was a bit higher than expected. However, the overall service was excellent, and I will definitely be returning.
