She didn’t rush, took her time shaping each nail with intention, cleaned my cuticles beautifully, and finished with a gentle oil massage that left my hands soft, glowing, and so loved. 💅🏼
She offered drinks and snacks (I chose water and club crackers—perfect touch!), and the environment was peaceful, clean, and welcoming as always.

Customer for 10 yrs, always the best of the best. I send everyone there because it's all about the guest satisfaction and relationship. Very clean, always up to date on new trends. Family oriented location. As long as I am here in Rochester this will be where I will always go.
I visited JN Nails for the first time and requested a pedicure. My nail tech was Lisa. Lisa did an incredible job taking care of my toes (long overdue) and helped color match them to my fingernails (which were previously done elsewhere). I recommend checking out JN Nails, and I will be requesting Lisa for my future appointments!!
