Was on hold for over a hour and still didn’t receive any help then I proceeded to make an appointment i kept getting the same thing “ones available to take your call right now”. They not very professional at all

It was at 2:22 in the afternoon on a Monday When I called and was told to call back during normal business hours , which are seven a m to 7 p m and was very abruptly hung up on not much help

There is no service in the IRS
Service Center kept me on the phone for more than three hours, then put me in collections, which was the wrong department
Then after waiting another hour, hung up on me. They suck with helping the average person!
