Ideal Tree Service is a dependable and efficient tree care provider. Customers praise the company's punctuality, professionalism, and excellent service. The team quickly and thoroughly completes tasks such as tree trimming, pruning, and removal, leaving the work area clean and well-maintained. They recently handled large brush piles by chipping and hauling away debris, cleaning up the entire path from backyard to front yard while in good spirits. Communication and follow-up are excellent, and prices are considered fair. The crew, including a skilled bucket man/tree climber, efficiently trimmed and removed large and small trees in about four hours, taking care to protect the lawn with plywood. Overall, clients are very satisfied with the quality of work and often recommend the company to others.
Oneil and his crew did a fantastic job tackling 2 large brush piles, chipping and hauling away. They cleaned up the entire path they took from back yard to front and all the while in good spirits! Communication and follow up with Oneil was excellent, and the price was more than fair! I’ll definitely use his service in the future and will be sending more business his way. Thank you!
Oneil Carter is the owner who came out for the estimate the day after I called him and he was there when the work was done the next week. His 5 man crew was excellent, especially the bucket man/tree climber who is a beast. They trimmed/removed about 1/2 of a very large tree, removed two smaller trees and trimmed another smaller tree in about 4 hours. They cleaned up everything and put down plywood to help keep the lawn from being damaged. My only negative comment would be for them to purchase new, thicker plywood since the lawn did end up with a minor few holes.
I was so impressed with this company. O'Neil is professional and has a very good group of guys working with him. The job was a big one, but they made it look so easy. The workers were clearing up while the tree was coming down. I would definitely have them back if I have the need.
