Kathleen helped me buy my first home! We looked at around 20 houses in a course of 4-5 months and she wrote a strong offer in a hectic market for my first home. She is patient, genuine, and she knows about construction and the nitty gritty of stuff which was an add-on. She will bend over backwards for her clients to make sure they are well-informed during the process. On top of her game and responsive. She is well-spoken and honest. She is not the type that is just trying to get a deal of a customer. she cared about us. I definitely recommend Kathleen! 10/10 experience. Thanks Kathleen!

Lynnora Sable-Smith is our agent to sell our house that we had lived in for 50 years. After that long, there were many features that did not appeal to current buyers. She was very knowledgeable regarding what was needed. She went to stores and selected items (lighting, flooring, etc.) and found installers and over saw the improvements. After those changes, offers started coming in. Lynnora arranged for a person to come and trim and down trees that were dying, trim shrubs, clean up areas, and mow the lawn. We had already moved to senior housing and were physically unable to do those jobs. Thank you Lynnora. Lynnora is very experienced in dealing with all the details involved in selling property. Legal, financial, other realtors, permit requirements. She has spent endless hours helping us in the sale of our house, for which we are so grateful. She is very personable and knowledgeable. Our beloved but outdated house was improved for current buyers with much help from your keen eye for paint colors, lighting fixtures , flooring, and additionally ,helping to install that flooring!
