I had a fabulous experience with Carter at the Gates location while I was shopping for 11 windows not only did I go to four other places, including Homedepot and Abc supply to price windows and home outlet was still cheaper priced for all double hung windows then any place else I went to but their time frame to get the Windows’s custom made was faster too. They were polite, patient and very realistic with my needs and expect expectations. I definitely will be coming back here. Thanks guys!!

I cannot say enough positive things about the crew at Home Outlet in Gates, New York: Andy, Merrill, and Carter. They were so helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I have a beautiful new kitchen (designed with them over several sessions) and a new bathroom being installed because of the lovely products they helped guide me through to purchasing. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you to this great team!

The team at the Home Outlet in Gates, NY were very friendly and helpful. They loaded up two vehicles with flooring and would not take a tip for their service. Thank you for your service.
