“I’ve known Scottie for about ten years.
He had helped pump water out of my Basement after my SUMP PUMP HAD BEEN STOLEN. I was out of state and he was talking care of everything.

More recently, I’ve had him do various jobs, from Electrical Work, Dishwasher Install, Repairing Front Steps, Painting, Wood Work Gutters and Install New Screens Around Back Porch.

I highly recommend him, as he is HANDYMAN WITH A UNIQUE SKILL SET, WHO CAN MULTI TASK.“

“Tom did very good and detailed work for my property. He did painting, toilet repair, sealing parts of the basement wall, floor laminate repair, and even fixing a door that was misaligned. I really wish I was able to work with him sooner. He really knows his stuff and it's inspiring to see someone that does excellent work and also enjoys the process. High recommendations for Ferris Home Improvement.“

“Blue door have to be the best landlords I've ever been a tenant with, and I've rented for many years now. The whole process from start to finish has been nothing short of a pleasurable experience (not something you can say about many landlords!). I'm extremely clumsy but nothing has been a problem for them. My first morning I was settled in the new property I managed to pull down a huge blind, and Kate and her lovely husband were around in no time to fix it (and properly). No issues with deducting anything from my deposit considering the amount of things that have sadly finished their life whilst I've been in the house - BlueDoor have been around to fix it each and everytime, always with happy smiles! Anytime we've had issues or complaints they've been immediately dealt with, again nothing is too much trouble for them. Kate works incredibly hard day and night for her tenants. Our internet especially at the top of the property where I was, was just appalling sometimes and so Kate with no questions asked switched us to VirginMedia with the fastest speeds. Our washing machine broke, Kate was immediately on it with a replacement (which unfortunately broke too - it must be me I swear) and she worked her hardest to find us a workable replacement as fast as humanly possible, and not some rubbish cheap thing either. It's that kind of service from a landlord that makes you know that they're not some huge company only concerned with profits, they actually really care about their tenants and wellbeing, something I've never actually come across before whilst renting. BlueDoor also really understand their tenants needs for furnishings with my room having a veritable array of furniture in which I was easily able to move my stuff in with no issues considering most places will give you a bed and a wardrobe if they're feeling generous. The whole property I was in was furnished to a high standard and quality, and we even had an extra shared bathroom with a bath (all rooms in my property were en-suite too!). It's those kinds of thoughtful touches instead of turning a bathroom into a tiny bedroom for a profit, that make you realise how unique this company is in how they run their business. I cannot emphasise enough how much they clearly put their tenants needs first - and in doing so, the property doesn't feel like so many soulless HMO's you see advertised, but an actual home. I'm only moving out due to having to move for work, or else I would have stayed there for as long as I could. I cannot emphasise enough how fantastic it was being a tenant with them. I'm extremely sad to leave, especially knowing I won't get nearly the same star treatment elsewhere. Kate was even kind enough to get in touch with her fellow landlord connections when I told her where I was moving to to help in finding a new property. Truly above and beyond service. 100/10 would recommend them to anyone and will miss Kate and her lovely husband very much!“
