The only roofing company I have encountered who told me I didn't need a new roof. I have had them out twice for inspections after hail storms and mild vent leaks. Both times, they have been timely, professional, and given me honest advice instead of just telling me to get a new roof. This kind of customer service is rare these days, and when I do eventually need a new roof, I'm definitely calling them first.
Several years ago we had Greg's Custom Exteriors replace our roof, many windows and do new siding. We were very happy with all of the work. This past spring we had siding damage to a soffet from strong winds. They repaired it under warranty and it came out perfect like it had never happened. It's nice to have a company true to their word with high quality work.
