I had a cherished butterfly clock encased in a heavy wood frame with a glass front. The butterflies were real monarchs. It fell off the wall and the frame broke and came apart, the glass shattered and I thought I'd never be able to get it repair. This type of job isn't this company's forte. They attempted to fix it with no guarantee it could be fixed. They cleaned up the mirror inside and put it back together beautifully. I'm so incredibly grateful
