Very positive, lite of great energy and a joy to be around. His kids are so sweet when they are around and are the cutest sadly he may be closing soon due to now enough clients but he made my day every week I was there.

I started training with Justen in November of last year. I thought I was in pretty good shape before, but Justin taught me new ways to move and ways to focus on muscle groups I’d been neglecting my entire life. He showed me how to properly stretch and engage parts of my body to strengthen my core, as well as upper and lower body. I worked with Justen about 2 years ago. We did a few weeks of online one on one workouts. It was life changing! Working with him helped me get on the right fitness path. Since then, I gained good upper body strength. Which I need when I lift and carry my little buddy "nephew" on my shoulders. I'm still working on my fitness journey and no plans to stop.
