I got my estimate from Mason and after interviewing 3 other roofing companies, Five Star was the obvious choice. Mason didn’t waste my time with a 3 hour sales pitch. He got right to the point and I really appreciated that. Matt was the person who came out to meet with me about the project. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Next came the roofers. Louis’s crew was amazing. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. I could not believe the amount of work they did in 2 days. Our cottage was dark brown wood in the front and brick in the back. 5 star did an excellent job replacing it with vinyl and stone. I would have given 5 stars but the communication between staff and myself needs great improvement.
