We couldn't have had a better experience having a major service installed in our home -- central AC in a 1910 house. Titan was the only company that did due diligence from the very beginning and offered a great deal for a type of AC that no one else said was possible in our old home. The guys who did the installation were very professional, worked as a tight-knit team, and kept us in the loop about every step. There were absolutely no surprises. Sorry to see them go. We have used Titan for our last HVAC service calls, and both times they were fantastic. Both staff who answered our calls and handled scheduling were great to work with, and both technicians arrived on time or a little early.
