Excelsior Communities is a property management company described as the best in every aspect. The office staff are friendly, kind, and very helpful. Employees are noted for being prompt, remarkable, and going the extra mile with kindness. The maintenance team fixes problems as soon as possible and does a great job. Multiple reviewers would definitely recommend using their rental service because of the people they hire, who are professional, diligent, and caring. The company earns good reviews and credit for a job well done.
I was recommended waters edge apartments from a colleague who had good things to say about the property. I found the service at the property that Mr Chasen provided particularly prompt and remarkable.
I've worked in various capacities of property management for over 20 years. I've been working for Excelsior Communities for about a year and a half now and it's *by far* the best property management company in every aspect!
Just today I went into the rental office on Monroe Avenue to ask a question about parking. The office was very helpful because I did not want to get a ticket parking on the street. However one lady named Vickie stood up and made me appreciate the kindness of her office. Because I was unloading a uhaul truck she went the extra mile. She stepped out the front door and pointed me to another parking lot behind the building. I would definitely recommend anyone using the rental service of EXCELSIOR COMMUNITIES because of the people they hire.
