Recent reviews highlight a generally positive experience, with many noting that the job was completed in a timely manner. Customers mention great communication at every step in the process, very high quality materials, installation, and cleanup, and a fantastic warranty. The team from the start was very personable, and they kept in contact, getting the roof going within 2 weeks. Everything was cleaned up beautifully, and customers would recommend them everytime someone needs a roof that is insured and doesn't have to be done again for another 30 years plus! Sales representative Joseph Shaw thoroughly assessed roofing needs, reviewed findings, detailed the scope of the project, and explained the various types of materials to be used. Joseph was patient, listened deeply, and presented material and financial options that best fit needs. After selecting materials and being approved for financing, he patiently reviewed next steps, explaining the intended timeline from start (dumpster delivery and materials) to finish (roof installation and cleanup). The entire installation process took only two days. The roofers worked like a well oiled machine, were kind, courteous, and professional, and customers are extremely pleased.
