Amazing company from sales to installation. Their employees are fast and do amazing work. We were so impressed they got our roof done in a day. We are so happy with the new roof. It looks so nice. We love this company.

The salespeople who came to our home were delightful and thorough in their description of the process. The scheduling was smooth and all staff were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the dumpster was not delivered, so the installers had to "make do" which they did as well as possible. Installers were focused and hard working and the job was complete in a day. It must have taken another day for them to thaw out from the cold.

My wife and I recently hired Erie to install a new roof. Of course, only time will tell how well it stands up to the elements here in Rochester, NY. But the materials they used definitely seem to be far superior to those used by most other roofing companies. We were extremely happy that they were able to start work very soon after we signed the contract, and we were very happy that they were able to finish within a single day. The workers were obviously very diligent in tearing off the old roof and in installing the new one. And importantly, they were very diligent in cleaning up afterward.
