Sales representative Joseph Shaw thoroughly assessed roofing needs, reviewed findings, detailed the scope of the project, and explained the various types of materials to be used. Joseph was patient, listened deeply, and presented material and financial options that best fit needs. After selecting materials and being approved for financing, he patiently reviewed next steps, explaining the intended timeline from start (dumpster delivery and materials) to finish (roof installation and cleanup). The entire installation process took only two days. The roofers worked like a well oiled machine, were kind, courteous, and professional, and customers are extremely pleased.
They did a good job on the roof and cleaning up. Jesse was great to work with. However I was supposed to receive a voucher for Destination Motivation and have not received it. After 2 calls to the office, still nothing.

The workmen, application, and quality of materials were excellent. They were very helpful with any thing I needed to know. They cleaned up the area and took care to double check for nails or other debris. They went over all the details that were needed and explained what was the best way to fix a situation.. I know the price seemed high but materials have gone up. All over they did an excellent job.
