I'm going hwre to remove my facial hair, and everyone who works here is super down to Earth and friendly! They understand how painful electrolysis can be, and won't give you grief if you need to take a break or end a session early.

El is the nail technician. My wife and I have our nails done all the time now my wife goes it is a new business. My wife is very very happy with El. . The only reason I stop is because there was a transition. Before El opened open. I had to get them done. My wife's nails are so cute. El is great.

I highly recommend and would like to take the time to recognize this jewel within the community of Rochester. There aren't many businesses that will work with you when situations occur, but I am grateful for the understanding and patience. This business was certainly a safe space and a joy to experience.
