I really like this office, but the wait time to get a dental procedure done ,other than a cleaning, is more than annoying. My time is valuable to me and I assume to Dr. BRacker as well. No one plans on 2 hours to get a dental filling done when you have an appointment.
I call the office of Dr Bracker And talk to Kathy and tell her that I broken my tooth. She immediately made the appointment for the next morning. I told Dr Bracker that I was leaving to Florida in the next few days. She talked to receptionist Michelle and she made the appointment a day before I was leaving to Florida. I love Dr Bracker she's very professional and friendly! plus her receptionist Michelle and Vicky Make you.
