Dermatology Partners of Western NY receives mixed reviews. While some patients praise their doctors, such as Dr. Wojciechowski, for being punctual and efficient and having a gentle demeanor, others have had issues. Long-term patients appreciate the practice's business-like atmosphere and lovely nurses. The doctors are professional and help with prescriptions. Dr. Psaila was amazing, nice, kind, and right to the point. The office staff were very professional and friendly. Some patients note there can be long wait times for scheduling appointments.
The receptionists were wonderful- very friendly and helpful, as was the tech or nurse that helped us get settled into a room. It was a lot to do 3 new patient questionnaires for my kids and I (which would be helpful if they were available ahead of time online since they're so extensive) and she helped us get the most important info down so we didn't have to finish all 3.
The dermatologist put me at ease, and she not only did a full skin check but a simple procedure at the same appointment, which I thought I'd have to come back for. I was grateful! Would definitely recommend to friends or family, and am scheduled for a follow-up in a year. :-)
I think Dr. Duffy is the BEST. She has been my dermatologist for 10 years. She is very caring and thorough, and she's a terrific listener. She makes me feel loved and appreciated!
Short wait 1st visit adequate, Dr Duffy professional, and staff are very attentive to patient history. On average,the first visit went well , but will need to evolve an opinion over time Computers were down,but it didn't effect the patient care.
