I'm an existing patient and just called for an appointment. I was on hold for 23 minutes! When the receptionist finally came on, I said, "Wow, I've been waiting over 20 minutes, it's good to finally get a real person!" and laughed a little...her response was, "Yup, what can I do for you?" I mean come on, no apology for the long wait time, no nothing? Soooo cold. At least fake it people! Geesh.

I like Doctor W but the receptionist team has to train and improve. They are Rude and unprofessional. Calls gets dropped so many times. Still can’t book an appointment since tryinh for multiple times for 2 days. Very frustrating!

Have been seeing Dr. Wojciechowski, for 4 years for skin cancer. Always punctual and business like. He comes in, does his assessment and treats needed areas. Only Dr I have that never has excessive wait.
