I was so impressed with the balloon bouquets I received from Balloon Effects. They were just what I was hoping for - festive, attractive and high quality. The owner was a pleasure to work with, so polite and efficient, and the balloons were ready right on time. I would definitely recommend them! Thank you for the beautiful work.
The best!
