Devin does our yearly maintenance on our generator and he is TOP NOTCH!! He’s professional, courteous, thorough and answers any questions we may have - we have had our generator since 2017 and have had no issues - our generator kicked in when our power went out during the winter a few years ago for an extended time (5-6 days) and we where in full comfort. Definitely recommend for peace of mind.

We have been with Anderson for years! Recently, we had a power outage -brown out - that burned a coil in the box in the basement causing a odor in the house. I called Anderson and the woman on the emergency line was very helpful, walking me through what I should do. She also sent tech Mike who assessed the situation and then fixed it! He really is the generator whisperer!

NYSE&G came unannounced and changed my electric meter to a digital meter. When our electric went out twice 4 days after the meter swap the generator would not start. The Anderson staff was very helpful over the phone in an attempt to solve my problem. Today Mike came and right away knew it was the battery. Mike changed the battery, restarted the generator and checked the transfer box. Mike is the best. He is always very thorough. Thank you Anderson Water-Power!
