Very thankful to have been recommended to Rooster for inspection services. He was thorough and knowledgeable about A LOT! He was willing to walk through his findings with me and I can not recommend him more! Oh and bonus points for doing crawl spaces and sewer scoping! Buying a home is not a small thing, Rooster came highly recommended for caring about what he does and doing the dirty work needed to find out important details about the house.
