“They have me walking and that's a miracle!! Everything was going ok Unfortunately due to lack of communication when I called to reschedule explained i fell and was in alot of pain, I said I was going for a MRI and would call when I see what's going on. I realize I missed 1 week explained my situation but I received a $60.00 cancelation fee. I had recvd my Mri results that day and they showed a compression fracture on my L1 as a result of the fall. I called and No one called me back. I assumed they just were not happy with me as a patient. I actually could feel it too. I thought of them as a extended family , in the beginning I was so happy to go there and even made friends. Now I feel that they just didn't care. Im going to show my mri results too“
