I realize I missed 1 week explained my situation but I received a $60.00 cancelation fee. I had recvd my Mri results that day and they showed a compression fracture on my L1 as a result of the fall. I called and No one called me back. I assumed they just were not happy with me as a patient. I actually could feel it too.
