Chris from roto-rooter came. He was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable He was able to solve my issue. Only it was very expensive. Even though he gave me a break. But I guess everything is so expensive these days. What you gonna do. They got you.
Great experience all the way through. Loved being able to set the appointment up online for exactly when I wanted. Text confirmation and alerts were great. I was given an update as to when my technician would be arriving. Abraham was terrific. He listened to what I had to say, assessed the problem and came up with a great solution. He fixed my pipe quickly and efficiently and left my house as if he was never there. Would definitely recommend.
Problem with sewer line and called for service 10:30 pm because we couldn’t use any water. Tech, Eric, arrived quickly and was very nice. He worked diligently and got the job done as quickly as possible.
