The service was great. Easy to schedule and they were very communicative. The plumber who came was very professional, respectful, and broke down what was happening. Definitely recommend!
We had to call Roto Rooter due to a leak in our shower. Peter was phenomenal at diagnosing the problem, fixing it and educating the household about the internal issue we were experiencing and what we could do to prevent future wear. He was very straightforward about the pricing and finished the job in an hour. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Thanks Peter!
Chris (aka chris62) was terrific! Old school quality, laid back pro! He was more concerned with costs then we were and in the end we decided to replace our 50 gal gas AO Smith water heater. He sized up the job, got the parts and was done by 430pm!
