Unbelievable Service—Fast, Professional, and Reliable
I had an outstanding experience with Long Island Pool and Spa. When my pool pump went down on a busy Saturday in the middle of summer, I expected a long wait. Instead, they had a new pump installed and running in under three hours. That kind of response time is unheard of—especially during peak season.
The technician who came out was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly well-trained. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and had the replacement installed with zero hassle. It was seamless from start to finish.
Awesome pool company! They have been servicing our pool for 5 years and they do an excellent job. Really great customer service (we love Betsy!) and they are always available and able to help out (even on weekends) if there is an issue. I highly recommend Long Island Pool & Spa Service!
