“I believe I found exactly what I was looking for. My 3C textured hair was lifeless and in desperate need of a cut. Everywhere I’ve gone to in the past, has told me that I have to have my hair straightened before I can have it cut. I googled top salons that specialize in curly hair and Luisa’s salon was one of three. Her salon showed 5 star reviews and a few customers having 4C hair which grabbed my attention. Call it what you may, but of the three I was drawn to her salon. Let me tell you, I do not regret my decision. I called trying to book an appointment and they accommodated me in more ways than they could ever know. When I arrived I was greeted with such warmth and comfort. This is a family owned business which is such a beautiful thing. You can feel that as soon as you walk in. Most salons would not touch your head if you have any product in it, but Luisa sat me in her chair with my at home deep conditioner with a shower cap and I swear I knew she was just going to make it all better. She cut my curly hair without straightening it! and explained every step. She asked me along the process if everything was okay and as a customer that is so important. Most stylist just assume they are doing their best without asking, but not Luisa. I left her chair feeling confident about my hair health and informed for what’s to come. Luisa, Thank you so much! You have definitely gained me as a customer.“

“I was in the need of a root touch up, quick hair trim and blow out and decided to do a quick online search for hair salons in Riverhead and found this gem of a place. Sulma put so much care and attention in making sure the color was just right, that the trim was exactly the length I wanted to cut off, just a half inch, and was meticulous in the blow out, taking her time to make sure it was done to perfection. The salon was pretty busy, saw 5 people come in, have their hair done beautifully, in the short while I was there too!
