One of the Store Managers has a fan for life in me. There was a mix up with my Salon appointment on the day of my nephew's wedding and Nina handled it amazingly! She saw to it that I was completely taken care of and I walked out of there feeling amazing! Customer service is not lacking at the Riverhead Ulta with Nina as a manager.

Went today to browse and get some Christmas ideas that my husband can get me lol. The staff, the manager and the two beautiful women from Mac and Clarins that helped me were amazing. I’ll definitely be going back again. It was such a pleasant experience, helpful knowledgeable, and overall great customer service.! Cookies were amazing! Thank you ?

I booked an appt to have my makeup done for a wedding 2 months in advance. When I arrived, they couldn't find my appt bc the person who scheduled it no longer worked there. Instead of blowing me off, Maud, who was supposed to leave, stayed late just to help me. She not only did a phenomenal job, but she was so kind and considerate. She is an absolute artist! When she was done, my makeup was perfect! Honestly, the best I've ever had it done. Maud, thanks for working your magic in a stressful situation.
