they created a shipping label but it's been more than 2 weeks and they don't ship, they play with people's time if they don't make the return I will report this company as fraudulent to my bank

I placed an order eight days ago and still have not received any contact from the company regarding the shipping. I emailed to ask when, I have called twice (only voicemail) left a message. They simply ignore you once they have your money. Looks like I may be reporting a fraudulent charge to my bank. I'll update if they reach out to me today.

No customer service at all. I have emailed inquiring about my order placed two weeks ago with no response, status has been at ready to ship for a week now. Can not get them to respond at all.
