Horrible customer service. Disgusting attitude. Appointment time was 1pm it's now 1:25pm and still waiting. Upon arriving Technician Tony said 15 minutes now he's saying 10 more minutes. When I ask why did you make a 1pm appointment that you can't keep his response was then next time don't make an appointment and don't come back. Paying over $100 for a service that they want to treat you like s**** Tony himself gave us the appointment time and just disrespectful. Will never come back here again. Rather spend my money elsewhere

This place is decent but the prices dont match with the services recieved.

The main problem with this salon is the bad attitudes. They don’t treat you like a customer, just another body willing to pay. This is my last time trying with them. They have some talented and kind nail artists but unless you make an appointment with them you get stuck with the rudest people. I never ever take them up on any of their additional services (waxes, spa pedicures, massages etc.) solely because of their bad attitudes. Multiple times I’ve gotten yelled out for trying to pick my own color from the rack near the pedicure chairs because they wanted my to pick from the samples. Moving onto a new nail place even though it’s further from my home for this reason... read full review
