I had such a great experience at Europa Unisex Hair Design! The stylists are friendly, attentive, and really listen to what you want. My haircut and style turned out even better than I expected, and the atmosphere in the salon is welcoming and relaxing. It’s clear they care about their clients and take pride in their work. Definitely my new go-to spot for hair care!

I am very disappointed with my recent visit. I’ve only gotten my hair professional done twice this year and at this established. After being natural for 10+ years I have to start all over again.

I specifically asked for an Olaplex treatment but was given a Milbon Smoothing treatment without my consent. I would have never agreed to this treatment as I normally where my hair curly and value my curls. Being a black women my curly hair is a big part of my identity, and this experience left me feeling like I’ve lost part of myself and was mistreated in the process

Proper consultation should always be done before performing any service, especially on textured hair. I trusted this salon to respect my request and my natural hair, but that trust was broken. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone with curly or textured hair who expects honesty, care, and respect for their preferences.

I brought all this to the attention of the manager and her mother and was advised maybe I had heat damage from flat ironing. At the salon. They wanted to take no accountability for the damage done and the pain cost

Morgan did an Amazing Job!! Great personality and very talented. I wanted to lighter my hair to a medium brown shade with some dimension/highlights. She hit the mark spot on. Highly recommend

Margaret, the owner, is so thoughtful and runs the salon with such care and intention. She never overlooks a detail, which makes every visit a seamless and luxurious experience. Her product recommendations are always spot-on and tailored specifically to your hair’s needs.

Luis is a sweetheart and absolutely hilarious. His scalp massages are everything—so relaxing, they honestly feel like a spa treatment. It’s one of my favorite parts of each visit.

And then there’s my stylist—my girl—Lira. Wow. Hands down, she is a magician when it comes to hair. She takes your vision and brings it to life with such skill and precision that you leave the salon looking like you just stepped off a runway. My hair always feels healthy, looks stunning, and the style lasts beautifully.
