I have been wanting ashy blonde hair my whole life and no one has been able to accomplish it! I have dark curly hair that always turns brassy and orange when I’ve done highlights anywhere else. Well not anymore! Letty took my hair from brassy orange to a beautiful ash blonde in just one day! I’m so so happy and impressed with the service. Yes if you’re doing a full on color revision like this, it’s not going to be cheap. BUT the service was amazing. Everyone was very attentive to my needs and Letty was extremely caring and friendly! I’ve never been so fast to write a review. I came in super nervous and stressed as I had dyed my hair at another hair salon and didn’t think the color complemented my skin color. I called to be seen right away and Margaret immediately eased my worries and told me to come in. I told her my issues along with what I wanted to achieve and she made it happen! She corrected the color with no damage to my hair. She recommended I do a conditioning treatment and my hair has never felt smoother. Since i have chemicals in my hair she made sure nothing they did would damage my hair. I can’t thank Margaret enough. They fixed my hair ! The third time I came here I wasn’t satisfied with the results but when it was brought to their attention they fixed it, the owner took me in and listened to my concerns with open ears and an open mind ! It was yellow / white and not blended the way I wanted and then to a beautiful blonde and perfectly blended roots i was very happy compared to what I had before and very grateful that she was so understanding. My hair looks, feels and smells amazing ! The owner really has some magic hands ?Service: Hair coloring
