Doctor Patrick was a great help, he is patient and listening and been so helpful, you always wanna deal with a doctor like him. Any one should ask for him when he comes to this place
Having been a patient at DocCare for over 20 years, I have seen a lot of change, with Dr. Alan Bigman the one constant. This is a compact facility in an over-packed neighborhood, yet regular patients are always given a personal touch. The office has never run better than it has since Mayolin Arias took over operations. She is an absolute angel, treating everyone with a level of genuine kindness and care that's hard to find in today's world. Grateful.
After moving 1.5 hours away upstate, I've stuck with Dr. Bigman because he always goes above and beyond. He cares about people and his patients in particular. The same day I saw him for my physical, I was able to see an orthopedist for my shoulder. v
Dr Bigman is a great doctor, very responsive, genuinely cares about his patients and is there for you, highly recommended.
