Truly amazing customer service! I manage a small medical spa and we have ordered several things from DIR - including the mechanical medical chairs. As with any technology, sometimes things need a new part etc. Anytime I have EVER had an issue, their customer service team replies within 24 hours (usually much less time) and makes sure you are taken care of.
