He was able to address all my questions and was able to give me a very reasonable quote based off the pictures I had uploaded and sent to him. He clearly laid out what would be included in the service and what would not (for example, no garage and no backyard). Making an appointment was extremely pain free as he was very accommodating toward our days. Yes, they offer their services both Sat and Sun. On the day of the service, he came with 2 other crew members and I was able to walk through the home with him to go through high level of what has to be done. It is nice to see the owner on the day of and his team's extreme careful attention to details is impeccable. I would definitely highly recommend and will use them in the future.“

Communication with the company has been excellent—very responsive and accommodating, and rescheduling was easy and seamless. Mercedes does an outstanding job with our apartment; the attention to detail really shows (no streaks on the mirrors!).
