I've used cleaning services to help with deep cleaning my Manhattan apartment, but this was the the most thorough job getting the downtown city grit off all the surfaces. The cleaner they dispatched was not only very professional, but also truly went above and beyond with the care of her work. My apartment might be the cleanest it's been in my five years living there.
Great experience overall! The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was addressed and that we were happy with the service. Really appreciated their follow-up and commitment to quality. Would definitely recommend!
Our cleaner Francisca was incredible. She was so thorough, kind, professional and excellent. She was punctual and cleaned places I had forgotten about forever. Cleany also is a very communicative company, their support service answers quickly (we had some rescheduling and they made it very easy). I will definitely be using this service again. I also almost never review anything and I just had to write here because of Francisca‘s excellent work.
