Cleany (the agency) and Leidy (the housekeeper) were both professional and thorough. Quick booking, factual upfront cost & what's included, and a superb worker. What more can one ask! So nice to have a spotless apartment once again.

We have been using Cleany for over two years now, and their team is always great. We've used Cleany both on a recurring, bi-weekly basis and for ad-hoc projects (e.g., final moving out clean). Leidy does a phenomenal job, and is very communicative and helpful. Best part of our week is coming home after Cleany has been in!

I had an excellent experience using Cleany services recently. My cleaner, Magali, was tasked with a Deep clean of four rooms and a long hallway. In addition to the cleaning of surfaces and the stove, I specifically asked for the extensive molding in my Pre-War, 10-foot high apartment to be dusted, as well as the edges along the walls of our wall-to-wall carpeting to be vacuumed. All the rooms have irregular shapes because of the molding, so it's quite challenging to clean. After 4 hours, Magali went above and beyond to clean, dust, vacuum, and shine, while being considerate and personable. Although not inexpensive, I would definitely consider using them again...
