They put ultraviolet light on an open wound, and a few days later my toenail fell off.
I don't know if it was because of that or because of using tools that were not sterilized, I don't really know the reason. But it happened right after I had a pedicure there.

Horrible experience , I went to get my nails done over a month ago. For my manicure it was great but pedicure worst of the worst. The girl was not careful she hurt my nails a lot with the nail clipper. At first I thought the pain was gonna go away but it lasted for a whole week, so much that I had to go to the hospital because it got infected, I got a treatment and it went away , or so I thought . After a month the infection returned on both my nails and might have to go back to the ER.

But in the future, you must let a customer leave your shop satisfied, I went in with broken nails and came out with my hands all dirty. You must wash customers hand before you start putting the gel powder. You soaked my nails and all the acetone water marks were left just like that. How do you even feel good about such presentation. Not nice mam.
