This is a great place with great people working here. I drop off my clothes to get washed once every two weeks and they typically finish them in about 4-5 hours. There’s a woman named Emily, and she is the biggest sweetheart and has a bright big smile that makes you want to continue coming back. If you’re in the neighborhood and need your clothes washed and folded for you, this is the place.

** Edit 10/11/23. Just spoke to Ross who is the owner of the laundromat. He apologized profusely for this experience and said that he spoke with the employee to avoid any further instances such as this. He also refunded me the $6.50 for the machine. I am amending my review to reflect this experience. **First time coming here, needed a laundromat opened late and it was close by my house. They operate with a card system that was $3 for a new card which is already kind of outrageous because LaundryBee is $1 for a new card and they are a much better laundromat.Anyways, I put $15 on the card and the machine gave me an .50 cent bonus. Kew Gardens Laundromat is my new favorite for wash and fold! I dropped my laundry off desperate because my home washer is currently broken. My clothes were returned smelling fresh and clean and BEAUTIFULLY folded!! could not be happier!! i will definitely be using this service again! it was such a treat to not spend my entire day doing loads of laundry.
