Thelma came to my home, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and she and her team came and cleaned my house from top to bottom. After a renovation, that type of a deep clean is needed, and they did a fantastic job. Ann in the office followed up with me and my calls.....all in all a great experience!! I called many companies, but when I spoke with Jon, I new I had found my match. He was upbeat, polite, professional , informative and very patient as he answered all my questions. The cleaner I was assigned was named Jaylliam and she was amazing. I ordered a deep clean which was a 5 hours service. Jayllium stayed for 7 hours until the job was done. She cleaned EVERYTHING beautifully and worked straight through without even taking a break! She was polite, friendly, attentive to her tasks and very professional. I will definitely ask for her again and I look forward to using Haven cleaning services in the future. They will be my “go to” company for all my cleaning needs!!!“
