Outstanding place to train. Sensei Juan is an incredible instructor. He teaches much more than just fighting. He teaches the true mental aspect of martial arts. By far my highest recommendation.

I took the monthly self-defense class. It was great! Very extensive crash course and I got a good workout in. The environment is very family-friendly (though I took the adult class) and there are folks from all walks of life here. Great experience in a tight knit community with a focus on quality. We went over basic reflexes, hand to hand, as well as some weapon training with a stick. This month was more on weapons like knives but I wasn't able to attend. The price is to die for! Definitely a steal. When I first was given a flyer I thought for $10 it must have been a pretty bad class but I'm really glad I went. They even comp your second class after coming to the first. Highly recommend!
