Two women who work there are super nice, the lady who adjusts my eyeglasses and the woman doctor who does my eye exams. The women behind the desk are pretty neutral and always helpful. There’s this one woman there who I find very rude, she always has a rude annoyed tone to her voice whenever dealing with me. She makes it painful to go there. I’ve been going there since I was a kid but dang she makes it a gross experience every time I have to interact with her. I don’t know why she’s that way to me. Working with the folks at Rhinebeck Eye Care for my eye exam and to buy my glasses was such a great experience! They gave me the kind of attention, precision, and level of detail that I don't think is possible using an online eyeglass service. Can't wait to go back for my next pair.
