Great family nail place. I usually got powder dips in Boston before we moved to the Hudson Valley - Lili's is cheaper by about $20 and they last FAR longer. They literally do not come off. I used to go back in when 1-2 nails popped off, but it's never happened with Lili's. If you try to peel them, it takes half of your nail with it, it's bonded so closely (don't do that).I always have a strange request - tips, then cut them very short - not past the edge of my fingers, since I play piano and cook for/care for children. Update-first time I came the owner did my nails and was so nice. I went back a few weeks later and unfortunately I will never go back. An older woman did my nails. She provided the worst service and gave me the worst anc manicure I've ever had. I asked her to cut my cuticles which were dry and needed to be cut and she said NO. She did not fully remove my red nail polish. It is showing through the light pink I chose . I aSked her to remove the red polish around my nails and her reply was "no".."no you can do it later", implying I could chip away the old polish she failed to remove , myself, later... ?! What??! Great little nail spot in the heart of Rhinebeck. It's pretty basic in terms of decor & atmosphere, but they're great at nails and they all are very kind. Which if you ask me, are the two most important things in a nail salon. Took off one star just bc it could be a little bit cleaner inside, but the actual nail implements & foot baths are very clean. Just the floors need a little sweeping. Overall, this is my new nail place & i'm excited to return!
