I love the Ivy Spa! I originally booked for what I thought would be a one time treat myself, but my first experience was so amazing I’ve made it a regular thing. The entire experience provided by the Ivy Spa is amazing from when you walk in to when you walk out. Every person I’ve interacted with has been so kind and personable, the vibe/calmness and comfort of the spa overall is top tier, and of course, Brianna! Ugh! I couldn’t recommend her enough. She is so nice, attentive, and communicates the whole process /what she wants to do so well to make sure we’re working to help my body and areas I feel need the work, and obviously, is amazing at what she does! The receptionist Evan was the biggest sweetheart and very social/friendly.
Our massage therapists, Sarah, and Justina were wizards! I don’t think we have felt that relaxed in a long while. 10/10 recommend!!!!!!!
I have been going to the Ivy Spa for almost 15 years. It is a wonderful place. Very clean, great atmosphere, competitive prices and fantastic staff. Every massage therapist I have had deep tissue work from is awesome. The customer service is very accommodating and friendly. I love to support local businesses and would highly recommend.
