Danii at The East Greenbush Studio does an excellent job and is a wonderful addition to The Hot Yoga Spot Family. A great workout. I restarted my Hot yoga journey on 9/17/2025 and have the unlimited monthly auto renew. I practice 3-5 days a week. Safe to say The Hot Yoga Spot has me addicted to caring for and being my best self.

If you ever need to get your “mojo” back or find your center sign up for a gentle yoga class with Dana. Her music and pacing is perfectly orchestrated and she is a delightful instructor and person!!

I always feel so rejuvenated afterwards, and the ladies are so nice!!! I don’t live around here anymore. Whenever I’m in town I buy the week pass and it’s such a good time. I definitely recommend
