“I came here for a walk-in service and they were honest saying that they didn’t have availability right away so they scheduled me for 215. When I Came back, they called me by name and immediately pulled me back to my chair. The receptionist notified me that my nail tech was running a little bit behind and it would be an additional 10 minutes so she told me to utilize the massage chair in the meantime. I was not bothered by this in the slightest. If anything, I was impressed because other shops wouldn’t remember my name, anticipate my service, or would just leave me sitting upfront for 20 to 30 minutes. I was lucky enough to have Jenny as my nail tech. She informed me that she’s been doing this for 37 years. I got a French gel pedicure And I opted for the signature service. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Five stars. The atmosphere was relaxing because it wasn’t loud with obnoxious music, Jenny made an appropriate amount of small chat with me but didn’t try to talk to me the whole time. I was able to read my book and relax. The massage wasn’t ticklish with just the right amount of pressure; not too much or too little. She got the temperature of the water perfect on the first try as well as the heated towels for the mud mask. At the end of the service, I was sure to book with her again. I can’t speak for any of the other artists and I can’t speak to her manicures, but her pedicure was awesome.”
