Wazim and Richard were sent to fix issues with a previous bad install of my exterior and storm door. It required an almost complete repair and reinstall. They did a fantastic job, were courteous, on time and truly professional. I would highly recommend them.

I had a front door replaced today & I can not be happier with it! The guys Chad Zalucky, Junior & Wazz were punctual, professional & a pleasure to do business with. The ProVia door with side lights is absolutely gorgeous & completely changes the front of my house..I absolutely love it!

pretty damn expensive for how low the build quality is. The fiberglass handle for lifting the windows crackles when I lift them. the weather stripping wasn't glued properly and the customer service took forever. pretty disappointed for 1500-2k per window

First I would like to say Bronson Meyer and Raj, the technicians that came to my house 3 times were absolutely amazing!! They could not have been more professional, concerned about every detail, highly qualified, pleasant, and friendly. If I was only rating them I would be giving them 5+ stars!
As for the Pella company if I could give zero starts I would. After 9 months we still do not have our $5,300 window completely installed. Phone calls are never returned, replacement parts were never ordered or the wrong parts were ordered, 3 times technicians were sent to my house, after waiting months, with the wrong part, and we were told or case would be expedited since we had been waiting so long. Then we were given a 2 and 1/2 month service date for the next service date.
When speaking to someone in corporate and asking to speak to someone in service or get an email, I was told corporate did not have any ability to contact them except via email themselves but would be sure to contact them and I would surely hear from service in 24 to 48 hrs at the latest ad the HATE hearing from corporate. It's been 5 months! Still haven't heard from them!
I would NEVER recommend Pella! I come from a family if contractors. My father and brother had or have their own construction companies and husband has worked construction all his life. They have never dealt with such a poorly run company.
Bronson and Raj were so wonderful. They truly got us through this 9+ month (and still going on) nightmare. Pella is lucky to have such amazing men working for them!!

This is the second transom that has shattered. The question is why. They did a great job replacing the glass, but not cheap…..

My Condo was built in 2016. I noticed during the winter that the windows in primary bedroom would not close properly and lock. Since the condo was built 9 years ago I was truly dreading making the call to the window mfg for a product sold 9 years ago. HOWEVER, I could not have been further from wrong...Chuck and his team immediately responded to my request and within 2 weeks I had new window sashes installed. They were punctual responding to my request, showed up when the appts were scheduled and left no mess behind. I can HIGHLY recommend Pella Windows and Doors.
