I brought my dog in for a routine check-up and had a really positive experience. Everyone at the clinic was kind and welcoming. The veterinarian took the time to examine my dog carefully and answered all of my questions. My dog was surprisingly calm during the visit, which says a lot because she's usually nervous at the vet. The first impression was not the best. There was a customer yelling at the vet about being money hungry. We still went ahead with our scheduled appointment to have my cats physical and blood work done for surgery. The vet Katrina wasn't the friendlest but she didn't make us feel uncomfortable about her abilities. The surgery went well and Stormy recovered well but we won't be coming back. The lady at the front desk was nice.
I wanna share an honest review. I went to get my kitten spayed was having alittle trouble with her so I called in for an advise I wasn’t been helped the first time so I called again but they r so rude when talking to customers. I guess the job is done they collect their money they don’t care. I will never take my cat there again.
