The salon can get busy, so making an appointment is recommended to avoid waiting. Payment with cash is preferable, as there may be extra charges for card payments. Overall, the salon is known for friendly staff, quality service, and experienced stylists.
I am very sorry to be sharing this review but I unfortunately cannot recommend this salon in good faith. I came in for a simple gel removal and left with rings of fire and heavy scratches on every single nail. I did bring up concerns during the service but they assured me it was okay. The staff was friendly but I was left with considerable nail damage and won’t be returning.
I have been to this salon for many years - more than a decade definitely. I cannot speak for the nail service here, however, I have extensive experience with the hair service. I have gotten hair cuts and trims from Sam for more than 10 years (and my mother has as well), and on top of that, I’d gotten Japanese straightening from him for about 5 years. He is very kind, he does a phenomenal job, for very good prices, and I have no complaints. I highly recommend Sam and this salon!
I've been here three times for two manicures (dip powder) and one pedicure (regular polish).The first two visits went well, aside from a couple crooked tips.The third experience did not go well and left me with tiny cuts on the skin around my fingernails (the stylist seemed rushed/annoyed the entire time). I came out with sore cuticles.It's still a decent place with decent prices. I plan on looking for a different nail salon though.Services: Manicures
