Called Natural Energy Solutions two years ago when a pump went bad on our Geothermal Unit. He came and replaced it but have had issues since. Every time we called or emailed. No response. Now the unit is completely failing. Our new HVAC technician states it was the shoddy work done by Natural Energy Solutions. We would contact them but as you can see they don't respond after ruining your HVAC system.
I worked with Eric about a year ago in quoting out a bunch of a work on a large house project. He was a true pleasure to work with. Very professional and respectful. Also very knowledgeable. Homeowner didn't end up moving forward on the project so we never did the install. I would recommend Eric @ Natural Energy Solutions to anyone looking for an HVAC or radiant contractor.
Called for an install for a $8000+ replacement for a one ton air conditioner for part of my house. Never showed up or called to cancel. They were nice enough on the phone, hence the three stars. I will review the HVAC contractor that does the install with pics. So far, five other contractors have showed and gave detailed, written estimates. One even gave the above with an outline of the job to be performed.
