I booked a last minute 90 minute deep tissue service after a nasty fall that threw my sciatica into a tizzy, on recommendation from a friend. Start to finish my experience with Body Balance was incredible and seamless. Booking was simple and fast. Policies and information are clearly detailed. I received a Swedish massage that was top-notch. The therapist/owner was highly skilled and made the experience very pleasant. The facility is clean and professional in appearance. The room that I had the massage in was very clean and inviting. The ambiance was awesome. I was very nervous going in for the first time as I had not had a professional massage in years. But the skill of the therapist put me at ease in less than 5 minutes. I can't wait to go back!

Had my first massage with Jessica today and it was wonderful! Very nice ambiance, she was great at focusing on my problem areas, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed. Definitely recommend!
